Where do you deliver to?

We currently offer delivery for Auckland only. We have plans to provide our services to the whole of North Island and eventually nation wide, so keep an eye out!

 

Do you deliver daily?

At the moment our delivery days are 2 days a week, Thursday and Sunday. Each day is Auckland wide. Checkout our delivery tab via our homepage or instagram. 

 

Are orders capped?

We are happy to announce that we are able to take on unlimited orders with no restriction on order capacity, woohoo!

 

What time will my delivery arrive? Can I request a specific time?

Unfortunately we can not guarantee a specific time that you will receive your delivery, only that we aim to get workplace orders delivered between 9am-5pm, and by 6pm for residential addresses.

 

How much is delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders.

 

What if I have an allergy?

If you or the recipient have food allergies of any type, we would very kindly advise that you do not consume our products. At this time we cannot guarantee that the products we make are allergen free.

 

What happens if I'm not home to receive my cookies?

If you aren't home to receive your package, and have not contacted us with any special instructions of where it can be left, we must take the package back to our base. 

Redelivery for the next day is a flat fee of $15.

 

Please note: We can not deliver to P.O. boxes or apartments due to the size of the package. 

 

Do you deliver on weekends?

At the moment we only do Sunday's.

 

How long will my cookies last?

Our cookies are baked daily and packed fresh, so by nature taste best eaten within the first 2 weeks of receiving them. Our bucket of cookies will stay fresh up to 2 months if sealed properly.

 

Do you offer catering for events/bulk orders?

Yes, we certainly do! We usually require 2 weeks in advance. Please contact us directly at uglypleasures@gmail.com.
